| Data Maintenance allows the end user to perform Price Updates, Master and Local Inventory setting changes, add new part numbers and Customer settings changes all through the use of spreadsheets which can be uploaded into your data on demand. Direct Updates can also be performed by specifying which fields need to be changed to what value across a group of items or customers based on filtering criteria. |

When a Price update is provided to ComCept from a Manufacturer. Data Maintenance can be used to upload the resulting spread sheet provided with a yearly Price Pro Subscription. All PricePro Updates are handled solely through Data Maintenance. |
