Now that the dust has settled in all of our stores after our upgrade to CDN I wanted to take a minute to compliment you on your team at Comcept. Starting with the store set-up’s, we created a schedule with Frank that included the .Net Application installation at every location. At this time hardware was upgraded if needed, laser printers were added, and the broad band connections were upgraded. All scheduled dates & times were kept and installation went smoothly. After the installation was completed we had time scheduled with TJ for training which included; our office group for payables, AR, ROA’s, etc. Our accountant, Nickie, and Isa for GL, our warehouse group for purchasing, transfers, and inventory, our managers were introduced to the point of sale portion at two of our monthly managers meetings with TJ on a conference call and controlling our computer on the projection screen, and finally we had four conference sessions with all of our store personnel the week before we went live with the system. These sessions were grouped with four stores each and lasted two hours.
I can only guess at the work that went on behind the scenes the weekend that our data was converted. This too went off without a hitch.

I almost forgot. The system works great too.
